İL-STAR 18 HP ATOM ULV

An additional 6,5 hp engine with motor-starter and its belt-pulley system is optionally mounted. With its 50-meter extension hose, it is very comfortable and easy to spray the areas where it is hard to reach and enter.

Residual and larval applications can be performed with its spraying gun whose nozzle forms 100 to 200 micron droplets. Besides, spraying can be done for a longer period of time via its 170 -liter-pesticide tank.

ENGINE (ULV System): Vanguard Briggs 4 stroke, 18 Hp, and fuel operated, ignition generator, and battery charged engine with an aluminum alloy frame. Fuel consumption is 2,2 liters/hour.

ENGINE (Atomizer System): Vanguard Briggs 1 stroke, 6,5 Hp, and fuel operated, ignition generator, and battery charged engine. Fuel consumption is 1,2 liters/hour.

BLOWER: Pozitive motion Roots Rotary tip, it has 14 PSI manometer.

NOZZLE: Vortical mono, double or quadruple type nozzle system.

OUTPUT CAPACITY (ULV System): 500 ml/min (can be manually adjusted up to 1000 ml/min.)

PARTICLE SIZE (ULV System): 5 – 25 micron in diameter depending on the output volume and the fluency.

PARTICLE SIZE (Atomizer System): 100 – 200 micron in diameter depending on the output volume and the fluency.
